Refund Policy
PHASE Method™ is committed to providing high-quality in-person training experiences in a professional, safe, and supportive learning environment.
Due to the limited availability of spaces and the preparation required for live trainings, the following refund policy applies:
Training Registration
- Training fees are non-refundable once a participant's registration and payment have been confirmed.
- Participants who are unable to attend a scheduled training may request to transfer their registration to a future available training date, subject to availability and approval.
Cancellation by Participant
- Requests for cancellation must be communicated in writing via email.
- Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of PHASE Method™.
Cancellation by PHASE Method™
- If a training is cancelled or postponed by PHASE Method™, participants will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer their registration to another available training date.
Late Arrival or Non-Attendance
- PHASE Method™ is not responsible for refunds related to missed sessions, late arrival, or non-attendance by participants.
Exceptional Circumstances
Exceptional situations may be reviewed individually and respectfully on a case-by-case basis.
