Complaints Policy

We value feedback and take all complaints seriously in order to improve the quality of our services and training programs.

Submitting a Complaint

Any participant wishing to submit a complaint may do so by contacting us via email with details of the concern.

Complaints should include:

  • Full name
  • Contact information
  • Description of the issue
  • Relevant dates or supporting information

Complaint Review Process

  • All complaints will be reviewed professionally and confidentially.
  • A response will typically be provided within 7–14 working days.
  • Appropriate action will be taken where necessary to resolve concerns fairly and respectfully.
